From information found in Massei's report about the time the victim's second phone was found, I found numerous lies by the postal police related to the police saying they arrived at the apartment before Raffaele called the police's emergency phone number. I have been following the case from day 1 and I want to say that based on everything, evidence and all, Amanda Knox is 110% involved in the murder of Meridith. That is certain. What's uncertain, is that she may or may not have been the one plunging the knife into the victim. May be her lover.
To pass dna by shaking hands one would need to shake with extreme violence.
Guede's dna was found in only 5 spots in the whole apartment. Amanda's dna mixed with blood was also found in 5 spots.
When people "touch" things, they leave fingerprints (depending on the time of surface). In order to leave epithelial dna (coming from skin), people have to "scrub" or hold with strength, like sollecito did with the bra clasp.

I mean, Meredith just by walking around daily in the house would of brought forth Amandas DNA--via hair, skin cells etc.--into the room. But, nothing was found. My DNA is all over my place, for a body to be found in my place without my DNA being in there would be impossible. Something doesn't add up.
Crimes have been solved for centuries BEFORE dna began to be used in forensics.
Dna evidence is not a very good way to address this case because Amanda lived i that house - whatever dna of Amanda found (unless mixed with the victims blood outside the bathroom) will be objected as evidence by Amanda's defence because she LIVED in that God damn house!

I have been following the case from day 1 and I want to say that based on everything, evidence and all, Amanda Knox is 110% involved in the murder of Meridith. That is certain. What's uncertain, is that she may or may not have been the one plunging the knife into the victim. May be her lover.

To pass dna by shaking hands one would need to shake with extreme violence.
Guede's dna was found in only 5 spots in the whole apartment. Amanda's dna mixed with blood was also found in 5 spots.
When people "touch" things, they leave fingerprints (depending on the time of surface). In order to leave epithelial dna (coming from skin), people have to "scrub" or hold with strength, like sollecito did with the bra clasp.

jwinter, on the one hand you claim DNA is passed easily; on the other you claim no DNA from Amanda was found in the room. I, think the lack of DNA speaks of guilt. I mean, Meredith just by walking around daily in the house would of brought forth Amandas DNA--via hair, skin cells etc.--into the room. But, nothing was found. My DNA is all over my place, for a body to be found in my place without my DNA being in there would be impossible. Something doesn't add up.

Crimes have been solved for centuries BEFORE dna began to be used in forensics.
Dna evidence is not a very good way to address this case because Amanda lived i that house - whatever dna of Amanda found (unless mixed with the victims blood outside the bathroom) will be objected as evidence by Amanda's defence because she LIVED in that God damn house!

ariana, agreed: DNA is not the be-all; end-all. They had plenty of time to "be careful" in regards to what they left behind. Btw, to all those DNA ranters, PLENTY of people have gone to prison without leaving DNA at a crime scene.

hahahaha - if that is the case - someone as "mentally stable" as she is will deliver her to the same treatment she subjected Meredith to. Methodically - point by point all to to the bitter end.
If I were Knox I'd prefer to stay in the safety of Italian prison. Knox PR campaign generated so much outrage and soooo much publicity that every psychotic and mentally ill in USA can spin a fantasy of a murder. I think it is dangerous for her to come back to USA if acquitted.
