actually, when you put an 's at the end of words, it usually doesn't imply its multiplicity, but that the word you add an 's to is the name of the owner of the place one would want to go to or the name of the company owning same place..

like when you go to madam tussaud's (wax museum)

or to McDonald's (restaurant)..
