A lot of people are too self-critical to do such things, but I haven't come across one song you've uploaded that's disappointed me. I know that words don't do much to increase one's production rate or range of equipment... But I truly believe you are one of the world's genuine great composers. @KieranZRoberts thanks Kieran! As I get to seriously finishing my first full length album release (Haemic) this winter, the encouragement really helps me in my 12 hour recording and mixing days. I didn't actually compose too much of this song, only the two major guitar melodies; and I structured the song from the stuff NyctophobianDream sent me. I'm actually quite lucky because I'd heard 'The Delights And Dangers Of Ambiguity' in full before it was uploaded. I made sure to listen to everything including your samples as well. Even though you'd received help on it, that doesn't change the fact that your other songs are also great.

I showed my music class your YouTube videos (in an attempt to have someone in my town take interest in good music) and to my surprise (and joy) they were in favour. The new one in particular. :)

I don't think we call it IB Music in Australia (the Victorian state changed the name completely for some reason) and the exams run completely differently to IB (the courses were also changed so down here it's probably easier for me xD) but I understand.

And as nice as the return favour sounds, I feel as if I'd get laughed at for some reason... Haha. xD

Very nice, I like it. Though I have to say that 2:40 - 3:20 seemed a bit monotonous to me. Though this is just a demo. Please listen closely should you redo this, as it evokes a certain kind of forlorn sadness, but also hope. If the entire track represents this, I would call it a masterpiece. Great job!

very well composed, mate.I like how you ran the smooth,ambient keyboards throughout the whole progression of this track.It sure manages to craft an atmosphere by revealing the emotion that's been put into it as well as what your number delivers.Unfortunately I feel like there is something missing.Your execution has been proceeded well but the connection may not be done, although due to what I say now getting into it's depth may take more time.The production could've been a little more dirty

2- Et qu'une musique soit longue ne me dérange pas bien au contraire, j'écoute des sons qui peuvent aller au-dessus de 23minutes, mais il y a du rythme dedans ! Une émotion qui nous donne envie de l'écouter, quelque chose qui nous fait oublier la durée, ce qui n'est pas le cas dans cette musique.

@Darknessio I am in accordance with you, those are the same critiques I have for the song as well, but keep in mind it's meant to have vocals, so may not stand strong enough by itself. But seriously, no need to dislike the video! At the moment I have no access to better synths, but I'll get them. We work for the same genre, encouragement and "hope you do better next time" support would be more appreciated, than simple statement of dislike.

@Darknessio ah good! that was the only thing I had against you at the time. you're a seasoned listener of the gothic music, and I am not, so I do appreciate you're opinion. I will try to 1: get better synth sounds, 2: infuse more emotion using vocals, and 3: make sure the drummer provides more rhythm than the current programmed drums.

Please give another listen to the song. I wouldn't say it's totally void of emotion, with your three suggestions, I'm sure the final version will be good.
