I'm not defending him or anything, but I think what he was trying to say that it is a nearly unfixable problem in every video game so it is not really considered a glitch (problem/error) because it can't be fixed. like what ascendic said, this is perfectly normal. programmers create every typical object in games to be like this. they are created by graphics from the outside, but really hollow on the inside. who the hell would waste so much time creating every body parts when all you need is the exterior. this is due to the camera not having enough space to zoom out of the wall. the only visible body organs in niko's body is the mouth and the eyeballs, therefore it appears to be like that.
