You shouldn't be thinking about whether a comment is postive or negative, but about whether it is true. For the truth about mormonism please read "Mormonism Shadow or Reality" by Jerald and Sandra Tanner. Sandra realised her great great Grandfather (Brigham Young) was not a prophet after reading his sermons. Two years later she accepted that the Book of Mormon was not true.

I also wrote a book titled "THE CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH" and if Moses' mission was to lead the people of God out of bondage, so be it. I believe Brigham Young, as a son of a minister joined the Church at the right time to lead the Saints out to a safe place in the west where they would worship their God FREELY without being attacked by people who called themselves as Christians.

They failed to destroy The Church then, as they're failing today. Gods Truth keeps marching on unstoppable. God bless

If you look at the "Cumorah Project," a mormon website, you will see that unfortunately for the mormons "god's" truth is not marching on. The country by country breakdown shows that only about 30% of mormons are active. Also 70,000 people leave the church each year in America alone.

As for Brigham Young read his sermons on "Adam God," the blacks, and blood atonement. What do they tell you?

So what?...There are over 200+ thousands newly baptized members into The Church every year around the world, so which country that you're talking about? plus your statistics are false. Numbers don't mean nothing to me 'cause your Bible suggests that there will always be MORE people to be led to choose the wrong side(MATT.7:13) The main thing is to let the whole world to see, hear, know & talk about The Church of Jesus Christ, and let them decide for themselves; it'll make Jesus' judgment easy

On the site we see about 40% are active in North America, but figures are worse elsewhere. Plus we must remember those still active and those still converting are in the church due to falsified and limited information. When the mormons talk about truth marching on they refer to great numbers as they see this as proof the church is true. When they see the real figures which are quite small, this also becomes proof the church is true! They have an answer to fall back on either way.

hmm... The North Carolina Charlote Mission produced a movie almost exactly like it! the only differences are the testimonies at the end. It is a good video though... don't like it split up.

hahahaha, actually, the original one was from the California San Jose Mission, if you have the one from the NCCM, it says right there, at the end, they thank the CSJM for the short film which was done in Cali. :)

In a way I think its sad that this video has been put on You Tube. It looses its sacred feeling when it is chopped up in segments like this. I first viewed this video on my mission, 4 years ago and it was so powerful. We were so proud of the San Jose missionaries for making it, now it has been taken out of context and ruined by people on here that mock and make fun of the whold idea. Why did it get posted on Your Tube to become trash along with every thing on here? sad...

If you look in the Book of Mormon the very first pages of Witnesses Testimonies. Read these and then read Joseph Smiths Testimony. But before you read get on your knees and ask for guidance and hope from God. This summer we visited Martins Cove in Wyoming, We say the wagon wheel tracks where people came from the other side of the world,many not believing in Joseph Smith what made them come in these terrible circumstances? FAITH! They searched for a greater happiness.

What does this your answer have to do with the first vision? I want a statement a dairy a newspaper anything that talks about the first vision of 1820 other than J Smith . Someone something that corroborates his alleged vision. His mother wrote a biography, Oliver wrote the history of the church in 1834 his brother William was interviewed three times in his lfe time ..I can accept anything between 1820 to 1838. That is what I want , if this event was true and if JSMITH TOLD, Than you can do it.

Eleven witnesses Testimonies are in the Book of Mormon. Everything you will need answered will be in the Book of Mormon. If you want evidence the church offers wonderful Missionaries to discuse all your questions and vistitor centers at the Temples,you should stop by and visit it a wonderful beautiful place. Plus in Salt Lake City,Utah the Church History Museum is available to all. Hope this will help you for your search of answers.
