  • As someone who is about to start attempting to teach a 2nd grader with math difficulties I found your video very enlightening. I really dislike TouchMath, as some kids have a hard time giving it up. I see 6th graders still trying to incorporate it while doing simple problems! What I like about this method is that it really reenforces place value and shows how the "borrowed" numbers are being moved around in the problem.

  • Your video is clearning up this concept for my son who is using Singapore math. Thank you!!

  • this helped my son

  • My daughter is having difficulty with subtraction. I showed her your video and she understood it better than in her class!! Thank you!!!! She is so much confident now in tackling a subtraction problem.

  • I like this way to teach to kids good job

  • thanks for the help. But I have to say regrouping seems to be a huge waste of time.It feels like it is making something really simple and make it difficult.

  • I liked it as it helped my son to clear some facts about regrouping

  • This is great! I work in special education and these tips are very helpful.

  • Thank you for the tips!! I am tutoring a young girl in 4th grade who has difficulty with borrowing and this will really help!! :)

  • I love it, I have three sons that I am trying to re-enforce what they learned in school this year. During the summer vacation months children forget half of what they learned from the prior school year. Keep up the great work.
