Excellent Video, Genesis used it as their intro on the Invisible Touch tour. At the end of the video the band had taken up their places on stage and the set began, usually with Mama. On this tour I watched them at Roundhay Park on Sunday the 29th of July then at Wembley the following Thursday. I taped the Friday night concert off radio one, it was the first ever digital broadcast by the BBC and was attended by HRHs Prince Charlie of Wales and his brood mare Diana. Loved it then and still do now

It's funny how Phil Collins has a heavy British accent but his singing is completely different

I always thought that was kinda funny as well. Actually, most british singers are the same way as Phil. They have a thick english accent when they talk but when the sing, their accent almost disappears & they end up sounding more American as a result. Pretty strange. What would really be funny is if an American singer went over to England & when he sang his songs, sounded british. LOL

Well Phil has sung in Cockney accent such as in "Robbery, Assault and Battery" and I think his accent is still very recognizeably English (London) when he sings. It is a little more "softened", yes but that's the music. Phil sings: "neva, eva". Standard US American would be more like nevurr evurr. Did you ever hear US Gemesis cover bands, with a distinct US accent. Sounds very different - and great as well!

This video was played at the beginning of the concert before they came on stage during the 1987 Invisible Touch tour. They did not play it live because they didn't have a horn section.

True, but I look at it more like they only have one keyboard player. Tony needed to play both the piano part and the synth brass live, which wouldn't have worked.
