ACR is Definitely the very best weapon in the game. Every time I play a Search and Destroy on it, I get the AC130, and slaughter everybody. I can't see where free used turbo but i know the ken player he fought had it. twice he did a punch into dragon punch in turbo button fashion that just doesnt happen to anyone naturally. Jabs are fast... its not a mystery.

I agree. Although the SE is a good beginner box. The only real problem with the SE is that it has a horrible Hori joystick. My co-worker bought one and I put in a Sanwa Joystick for him and its like night and day. I personally like to build my own boxes with Sanwa joysticks and Seimatsu buttons. If anyone finds their buttons to be sticky on the SE's, just put a very thin layer of lithium grease around the edges of the buttons and you'll be good to go.
