I don't think there really is a best car; just whatever works with you. For the whole game up until the third or second guy, I used my default car, which was the Cobalt. It was completely maxed out and handled awesome; I just didn't like how it looked.

very nice tactic i will test is by myself but i have a tactic which is better and safer. In downtown is a stag of musical. And in the north is a path with a stop for the police. And this path carry you on the highway but stopped first an let the police drive against the wall under you. No police unit will get you and when you have enough money you drive alittle piece back an hide you behind some walls and you earn a lot of bounty.

the best is the first bounty option yeh then u pull a 180 and drive on the highway in a loop ther is one triangle crashy killy thing and the base ball field is just off it at one point also if u use speedbreaker whilst goin thru roadblocks it gives ur car weight and it wont flip or roll over the cars aswell as giving u precision
