By the way, those "Tabs" are actually referred to as the Ribbon Bar in User Interface speak. Microsoft introduced them with Office 2007. :) Each tab is then referred to as a Ribbon of related controls and such.

ManyCam is free but I don't think does recording, but i'm sure with the software that comes with the webcam along with ManyCam you should be able to do about the samething, Also it has avarts and scrolling and non-scrolling text. Check it out
