If there aren't long term incentives and deterrents in place to prevent the powerful in this society from declaring wars and torturing then we'll have more of this in the future. Obama caved to the right, weak.

So in the future any president can commit any atrocity because when the shift in power takes place it will always be just be too damned inconvenient to prosecute the former administration for its crimes. Sounds like a formula for committing the perfect crime to me.

Terrorist are the people who allowed this. A witch hunts don't solve anything, just create problems and scars. There is no reason to focus on the past on such a trite issue. During war people are help captive, read some history, or study basic military tactics. I personally don't want these people on American soil.
