what gets me is the fact that their justice system is suppose to be setup so the accused can defend themselves against the charges and allow for a fair trial, yet the judges opinion or comments to the jurors contradict this. this is crazy. how is it fair/impartial?
I just don't understand why they would want to let a murderer go free by ignoring and twisting their own 'evidence' and convicting a person who clearly did not do the crime.
If they simply wanted a conviction, it seems to me the real murderer would not have been that difficult to find.
