No car can outrun after a spike strip blowout. Perhaps you are neglecting if they catch your plates, you are sunk as well. Radar jammers don't do shit either. Sure, they don't have your speed, but it shows a null value when a jammer is used, so they'll know it has been jammed. Radar detectors won't do much good.
