McVities Homewheat - Hide & Seek - 1984 - UK Advert

I just KNEW there was a McVities advert that I'd remember from the early 80s if I looked for it- it was in the back of my mind all these years- and seeing it again after 26 years- wow! (Pretty cool seeing I was 3 at the time!)

This jingle was written by David Mindel (who also wrote the theme song to Jim'll Fix It) and the lead vocal was sung by Stephanie De-Sykes.

This song, together with the Grange Hill theme tune and the Kia Ora advert music ("I'll be your dog") are permanently etched on my mind.

I sing this song daily, and always have.
