a 20" barrel open sighted 375 at 400+ meters, what for? A long shot for me is 100 yards. I am very good at stalking and have taken a couple game animals at 15 - 20 feet.
I'd be much happiers to see that Savage range out a little.. Nothing extreme maybe 4 or 500 meters see what kind of shot group you can get? Nice rifle my web shooter expertise says...Most real shooters like savage most web experts see savage is cheaper and assume it's quality is as such. IMHO You can get sub 1" MOA with a good savage
Well, any comments for every one of those guys who seem to complain about savages feeding mechanisms? Because watching an actual video makes it hard to believe when people call them crap. I have a cousin as well that hunts with a 116 savage in .300 win mag, and takes every deer with a single shot, lead in the boiler room. Thats more than you can say for most guys out there with weatherbys and remingtons. By the way, I hunt with weatherbys. It's annoying that people call savage crap though
