Wow, I have been programming with C++ so long that I forgot about command prompt, but if I remember correctly, if the IP address has been blocked then you are screwed, using better methods you can disable the network blocker itself, I have done it twice before and the entire high school was able to go to any site that they wanted to, get around the administrator account was pretty fun too.

Yea this doest work on most blocks because they dont look for the domain name they look at the actual html code So you have to have a proxy that will encrypt that

Yea can't use command prompt even w/o notepad. Proxies are completely blocked. School atually re-wrote thee file for internet explorer so u can only use THEIR proxy. I gotta use mozilla to get past but I haven't tried yet.

The sites them selves have tags such as: Media, Social Networking, Games. Thats what school blockers search for. Do not ping ip address' you are wasting your time, If your truly dedicated to this, Download a web proxy and put it on your school account.

This is dumb. It still blocks it. Try making your own Web Browser. Its not that difficult. Make a web browser with Microsoft Visual Basics. Publish it to .exe than upload it to a USB Flash Drive. Then put it on your school account. run it. And everything should be unblocked. And by the way. Putting Firefox on your school computers will not work, for the internet is only setup for IExplorer.

But if you do it at home, and put it on a flash drive, the computer will recognize it as a unknown file and will allow you to download it without Administrator permission. Or if you really want to get past school blockers, Make an administrative account. If you don't know how, I'll help you.
