  • As a maintenance supervisor on helicopters, I thought about this design myself and I was pleased that someone has already constructed a working prototype. Why hasn't hasn't a venture capitalist invested in one of these? It appears to have a multitude of practical and life saving uses.

  • as you can see, pulling that thumbstick towards you will make the rotors move forwards like in a real helicopter so you ll push the air to the back so you ll go forwards

you dond need a stabilizing extra rotor on the back because that stopping the spinning is integrated in the rotors

    i really like the design

  • How would you hold the control handle down from pulling upward caused by the air pressure?

  • HEY!!! This isn't Iron Man!!! wtf?

  • how would you counter the (minimal, but existent) torque? (due to the friction on the bearing)

  • there is a rudder which you would use. the piece coming out the back behind the bubble for your head. it directs the down wash of air into a different direction thus turning the craft. the more you know, coz knowledge is power *jumps in air*

  • Nice design...hopefully in a couple years I'll have one of these.

  • Esta chido, pero la pieza en frente de la cara del piloto esta mal. Pienso que hay métodos mejores a hacer eso...

This is cool, but the piece in front of the face of the pilot is bad. I think there are better methods to do that...
