I went to the 1st showing of this Nic Roegs film in L'pool..there was a question+answer thing with Rita Tushingham...the film made me feel kind of uncomfortable,like I was the voyeur..but it was so stepped in wiccan+earthlore...I couldn't get the images out of my mind

A really differant type of motion picture way ahead of it's time. Like all of Roeg's films it will be hated at first, then loved in the years to come as a classic take on the mysteries of life.

Totally agree with you. I saw this movie last night, very very strange movie. Hated it while I watched it but just could not stop watching it. I got hooked. Its now the morning after and its got me thinking. Was not bad at all. Next week it may be one the best movies i have seen in a while.
