One thing on "consumption" vs. "cash" as a target. I'm increasingly seeing cases where people cut their cycle time by reducing testing at the expense of quality. That cuts the time-to-consumption, but it can often delay or even extend indefinitely the time-to-cash.

As Goldratt suggests, focusing on cash always works, whether discussing CT or flow.
