i found out the problem.. i still have the windows media 9 in my program files but i cant delete it.. everytime i try it says it needs permission to continue and the options are ( try again or cancel) and if i push try again it just keeps saying try again. annoyinggggggggggggggggg

otherwise update your windows media player 9 to 11
