I admire anybody who gives it ago, it's easy to be ''the funny one'' amongst your mates and I myself like a lot of people probably do, fancy themselves as possible good comedians lol but actually DOING it takes guts.
Standing up on the stage and trying to make strangers laugh must be very scary. I think if I ever tried it I'd have to take a lot of drugs pre-show just to bypass nervousness lol.
There's actual stand-up comedians worse than Evan and cringing, he was comfortable to watch.

Turn on the TV any weekday and you will see the BBC's "Homes Under the Hammer" pathetically trying to induce late-comers into over-paying for run down dumps, throwing some paint around and supposedly making money from it. Many even say "I'm thinking of quitting my job to become a full-time property developer".
It's 2009, Ponzi scheme is OVER. Yet the BBC are complicit in trying to dupe the last few remaining suckers. At tax payer's expense (in every sense of the word).

The biggest comedy Davis has done on air was his series "The City Uncovered". The man is either an idiot (unlikely given his Oxford and Harvard education) or a downright LIAR.
Banks do NOT borrow money from the money markets and x% interest and then lend out to people at y% interest. Under fractional reserve banking and Basel II they CREATE THE MONEY THEY LEND OUT OF THIN AIR. AND THEN CHARGE INTEREST ON IT.
The BBC is complicit in fuelling the property bubble, and Davis is a LIAR.
Wish he'd just shut up...

Having watched all 4 I would put them in the following order:
1) Libby, much funnier than I expected
2=) Evan, good effort
2=) Peter, difficult to decide between the two!
4) Laurie, disappointing

I think they have all done really well. Doing a comedy stand up must be so scary.
