The guy in the video had priors, a very long record. This was not his first free ride down town to the police station. THAT IS WHY THE LONG SENTENCE.

It is the truth and with a little investigation online you can see the transcripts from the trial. It is public record.

Update! The owner of Big Sticks Fine Cigars attended the sentencing hearing for this "fine upstanding citizen". The owner also got to speak to the judge. After listening to the owner/victim, the judge sentenced the defendent to 10 years (and not the 3 1/2 years the defense attorney was seeking). If he's a good little prisoner & minds his Ps and Qs he is eligible for parole in, no less than, 8 1/2 years. Justice has been served.

What a dope to look at the camera in full facial view ...SEVERAL TIMES!!! He'll get caught eventually, go to prison, get a police record and for what??? Was it really worth it? He'll still wind up paying for it. Nobody ever said crimnals were smart! Thank GOD for that!

By the way, this should also be a lesson to the clerk & store owner to not leave the watch cases open, or walk behind it.
