Just guessin but this is probably an Iron Block LS series engine which can handle over 2000 HP without the block spitting in half which is critical if you want the engine to last. I have a 1999 T/A with 363000 miles on it..and the only thing I have had to do to the engine is replace some water pumps and install some new plugs and wires. The old bird will still lay down some nice 60ft marks in second gear. Mobil 1 and shiftin under 6 grand is the key to stock LS1 longevity and happiness...

all this car needs is minni tubs and a set or 14x16 inch slicks on senterline wheels and it wouldnt keep breaking the tires loose and all of the power will hit the ground
@LS6CamaroA4 14 inch wide tires would do just fine my pro street c10 has a narrowed 9 inch with 15x15 inch slicks and it takes corners just fine some times one sides spins out due to it bein a full spool 4:11 geared rear end but ive never had any handling issues

Nothing is impressive about a car with that much horsepower yet the driver doesn't even have the sense to put better tires on the damn car. Notice how the driver lost 2 tires at the end. Really nothing amazing. If you are going to mod a car you should really upgrade the tires. :/ It wasn't impressive. Blinding the competition with smoke from your tires is just weak. He passed everyone up and they don't leave tires on the track....so whose tires could those be....hmmm....

Crap dude! I was going to ask if that's water injection throwing out steam or tyres then you skinned one. Love the idea of a quater mile muncher on the track. Hard compound slicks and you're a Veyron baiter. Good work. :-)

This car is fucking impressive. It's blowing the tires off down the straights and still pulls away from the other cars in the corners. Props on that build!

1:58 FAIL!!! hahahaha what an idiot. why was he allowed on the course with that car and without knowing how to drive? and for all the people saying that this car cant handle turns and all the other cars can... then why is he passing them all!? you think theyre taking it easy!? why would they do that? obviously this car can handle it well enough to pass all those cars with tuned suspension to handle this.

It's amazing how you can comment on here thinking you know what you're talking about. This car obviously have a posi rear end, making it very difficult to turn sharply. But it goes to show you power can make up for lack of handeling.
