There is no absolutely no justification for this ban which is motivated entirely by racist ignorance. Muslims practicing their faith are no different to any other religion. It seems that all too many people are prepared to accept that all Muslims are evil because of the actions of a small extreme minority. As for the references to Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt etc do you really want those countries with their unpleasant Western backed regimes as role models?

if christians not being able to put up churches in the muslim world is "terrible" then isn't by your same definition the restrictions on minarets terrible also. Two exact same actions have exactly the same consequences. If it is wrong to stop taking down churches than the same applies to minarets.

The minaret ban shows NIFAAQ(hypcrisy)of muslims.There are many musaajid in Europe,but in Jazeeratul Arabiyah(Arabian Peninsula)where are the many churches with bell towers/Hindu temples?Think about Saudi Arabia.prophet muhammad said there can't be 2 religions in the Arabian Peninsula,so isn't that religious intolerance&extremism muslims?If a non-Muslim wants 2 live in Saudi Arabia bt doesn't like the culture/ways of the people,what happens2him?So why can't Muslims who don't like Europe leave?
