you can teach a dog one trick a day. with constant repetition and rewards... start with small snacks then just praise will be just enough,,, PATIENCE is key.. not to many commands.. say it once. twice the most..

He is beautiful! You did an amazing job training him. I have to agree they are some very intelligent dogs. I was surprised how easy it was to train my pit....as long as I had the patience. I have found though, that although I initially thought I was teaching him, I found that he was really teaching me and helping me improve myself as a person.

Man nice looking pit. It was cool when at the end when you were telling him to speak he would do like a little jump and go down.

Man I got a pit of my own and trying to teach him other commands but he just doesn't learn them that well. He knows sit really good and knows down alright. But any other ones he looks at me like what do you want me to do.

What an amazing animal. You should be proud. He looks like a good ambassador for the breed. I love Pit bulls, if it werent for the bad name dog fighting has given them they would be the perfect American dog. They were ones called American Terriers. I cant wait till I buy my first house and my first pit-bull.
