Hmm .. i dont think any is understading what HOWIE D is doing here..yes its different from original. this is a live performance .so change is good.Howie is just adding a high harmony to the lead and in brians part the harmony was almost perfect. the harmony dont ruin anything.. they just make things different & to people who undertsands music,it makes in more beautiful. high harmony has to be sung high. thts d point !! of doin it. lol at most of d idiots who r shouting without undertanding dat

he is supposed to go very high or how else can he reach dat octave for d harmony. i hope u realize dat howie is singing in a higher octave than all d others for d hamony.. that harmony is there in d original too.. u cant realy hear it seperatley cuz d song is mixed wel and kevis harmony is also there.. i agree that kevins harmony is defenitly missed here.. his harmonys will always be missed.. but this is hw howie has been singing high harmonys "always high" for 18 yrs. i think u understood wrong

@DrDevilDD no dude u hv it all wrong.. seriouslly.. this is and has been for d last 18 yrs wit bsb, howies role in the group and harmonies.. 90% of the time its howie singing d high harmony in falsetto. usualy its blended prety wel enough so dat regular listeners like u doenst notice... in this vid his vocals r more prominent.. and wat u r noticing as wrong is actually the normal..n u r understanding it all wrong.. n kevin was mostly lower register. him leaving affected d base sounds

@DrDevilDD nick has d widesr range in d group vocalswise.. i think he can sing across 2 octaves n 5 tones or sumthing..not excatly sure abt d exact range.. but howie is d one who can reach highest prety easily.. only very rarely has nick sung a highest harmony.. he is more usefull leading or singing 1st harmony etc..but howie is more usefull singing the higher ones.. so its mostly howie n sumtimes brian who goes on to sing d high hamornies cuz they hv better controlled falsetto

In the music video, howie did not join in brians part, he joined in AJ's part a little with Kevin who's no longer there, he did not sing in Nicks part at all in the music video. I guess cause he didn't have his own parts in the song, except for the chorus they allowed to him to join on their parts i guess.
