The flaming helmet code that you will get with the Legendary edition of Halo: Reach, will only work with Halo: Reach.

The reason for this, is in Halo 3, only Bungie employee's have flaming helmets.

In Halo: Reach, Bungie employee's have blue flaming helmets, whereas the public will have "normal" fire on their helmets.

Chaldochamp3 is wrong don't worry if u pre order Halo reach legendary at gamestop for 25$ it will only cost 55$ and if reserved at gamestop they will give u recon AND a flame helmet yes u will receive a flame helmet from a gamestop employee. @chaldochamp3 you can unlock Recon armor by unlocking the 7 Vidmaster Challenge Achievements. as for the flaming helmet, its the chest piece strickly owned by bungie which is why they call the chest piece "Bungie" when you wear it. Bungie gave it out to the community for 1 day to wear.
