@Jaddeel How far are you into the series? Its not that very spoiler-ish so I'll just tell you. Terezi is the first to figure out that Karkat's real blood color is red, she gets close enough to him to smell it under his skin. He hides his blood color because it's unusual and not on the hemospectrum.
