He uses common sense by knowing rocks aren't people and when everyone was saying that the present was destroyed, he kept trying to tell them that it can't be destroyed because they are always in the present. Even if they teleport into the future. And he definitely can tell when NOT to do something when there's a risk. ^_^ Just trying to defend my fav character. :-D
