@anaalkala .. iguess you could- but i WOULD NOT! if its meant for your face- its meant for your face, NOT YOUR EYES! it could irratate them, make them red, do damage to your eyelids, etc. im not 100% sure, but you do what you want. :)

Concealer sticks are great substitutes! You can go to any drugstore and find concealer stick. I prefer covergirl. I figured out that trick because I didn't have primer but I did have a concealer stick. Just drab you finger gently on it and pat it on your lid and browbone. It works exactly the same when you put the right amount on cause the eyeshadow sticks better and is more true to it's color. BTW, if you use too much concealer, you will get creases.
Sweetie, this is VERY natural! This is the same make-up that all the Disney stars wear on their shows, which Disney makes sure it's super natural so their stars don't look trashy. Adding a little bit of sparkle isn't a crime. This look is perfect for a young teen. I would suggest this look for girls between 13 and 15. It's light and classy, but still hints at maturity which is exactly what you're doing at that age, maturing.
I'm not trying to be rude. I'm just sharing my personal opinion. This looks great on you, I'm just saying it wouldn't quite fit me. Plus-- guys like natural makeup on girls.
Not everyone has great skin, lashes, or color tone. So this is a nice way to help young girls and adults learn to put on make up. If we all had great skin, then we wouldn't need to enhance it with make up. But since a lot of us aren't perfect........it's appreciated.
I'm 13 too, and It works on me. I've noticed that you can change out the colors, for example, a light purple instead of pink. it works really well and isn't too much.
You just need to adjust the colors to your skin & eye color. My suggestions for you would be lavender if you have green eyes, mint if you have hazel eyes, pink if you have blue eyes, & if you have brown eyes, all those colors will work. Or if those colors don't match your outfit, a nice white or cream color is fine too! The best part about this look is that it's so versatile & as you get older you can experimenting with bolder colors & eyeliner because this technique is great for all ages! :)
not really. trust me this is just perfect. you dont have to wear the primer you could get a white one and it will be one color if you'd like. i've seen people who wear too much makeup. trust me, its not too much for most people

She used Lorea'l Decrease, which is a drugstore eyeshadow primer. I've heard its comparable to Urban Decay Primer Potion : )

if you're 13 skip the liner and putting the brown in the crease.
all you need is a little eyeshadow and some mascara and you're good. Too much makeup can look trashy on young girls.

not really. trust me this is just perfect. you dont have to wear the primer you could get a white one and it will be one color if you'd like. i've seen people who wear too much makeup. trust me, its not too much for most people

it depend on your budget.if you are going for cheaper ones go for nyx,average is mac and high end end chanel and burjois.mostly people like mac though

no, but u can use a concealer as a base, but it may crease, i'd get a seperate primer though, makes your eyes look better (:
