the coupe's actually faster than the sedan's 0-60mph mark, the sedan automatic can do it in 3.9 seconds, the coupe auto can do 3.7 seconds. BTW both of these Caddys can run high 11's in the quarter.

And both 335i and M3 handle better because they're smaller and lighter. CTS-V is bigger, almost a Mercedes E-class competitor, but the interior space more comparable to 335i or M3 so it's somewhere in between.

I owned an 05 CTS, it was full of plastic on the inside, and cheap tin foil on the outside. When I went to look at the 09 CTS's, they also have alot of plastic , and fake aluminum trim. you could never compare an american interior to a european interior.

Yeah everyone has their own experiences but Cadillacs are far more reliable or have better overall dependability then Mercedes, Audi, etc. Check JD Power ratings. no i agree it's a great car in many respects, especially bang for the buck....

however... no specs will ever tell you how it feels and the feeling you get from getting into the car and driving it and using it. a BMW will feel a lot more solid and more luxurious... get into a CTS-V after and it'll feel cheap-er. it's really a trade off and for me being a BMW fan and euro car fan, it's a tough decision, especially considering how good this CTS-V is spec wise and the amount of money i'd be saving

i like the concept of the car but cadillac has got a lot to learn. Great power for an american luxury coupe but the body is to hard and the rear end looks like they sculpted by smacking the clay mock up with a shovel. This is a great car with an awesome future. This car full of potential but needs to not look so much like it was shaped with a shovel.
