  • Very Impressive!! Where might I learn to do flips and jump like you do? I have good hamstrings. I'm an amateur, but I can sprint very fast and jump pretty far. And when I'm in a rush my reaction time is impeccable. Teach me the way! :O

  • Nice use of your upper body to help throw your lower body higher. I'm older now, but used to do very well in the high jump and over cars, shopping carts, bushes and hedges.

  • u get arthritis sometimes from straining your bones, i dont agree that this guy is going to get it or anything im no doctor, but i do know that many runners suffer from arthritis in their knees and back from running,

    running on pavement and hard turf is unnatural and hard on a human body, in the end 45 minutes straight on an elliptical 5-6 days a week, pushups and crunches dont go crazy eating and you will maintain a steady weight for life, just as good or better than running
