I'd like to say that just because you like disturbed doesn't make you an emo. I like disturbed and I don't cut myself, paint nails black or any of that shit. Personnaly, i think that disturbed aren't as good live but that's just my opinion.

I do know what metal is, and disturbed is a part of a big metal world.

I should listen to real music, well I'm a big fan of Cannibal corpse, Severe torture, Nile, Ancient Rites, Dimmu Borgir, and a lot more.

And I'm the vocals in an a Death metal project.

One more Thing: The Metal-world is very large and there are many categories.

i don't associate disturbed with metal bands i enjoy listening to. they're a radio band who aren't really musicians, and got famous for having a bunch of songs that sound exactly the same, i like their singer but i don't respect them as a band really.
