Its looking ok so far but its swollen really bad and i had puffy nipples which have gone down as the glad was removed but they are still slighty puffy/swollen which should go down in a few weeks. i had my gyno sergery yesterday n my surgon used lipo, it can suk out breast tissue too, not just fat. but if the breast tissue is dense it has to be cut out from under the nipple. im still waiting to see my results

actually no.. i wasnt sore even after the surgery! its quite amazing really. But im now 5-6 weeks post op and i just have a large build up of scar tissue form wher the fat was removed. After the surgery 2 weeks, it started to develop and i now have to do regular massaging to break it up. and i still have a lot of fluid sweling but that should go in a month or so. Good luck!
