If you read all the notes and watched all the video, Scrin actually was our only hope to get rid of all those Tiberium. Their primary mission was to build those "Towers" to extract large amount of Tiberium in a large scale. I think the upcoming series would be GDI+Foreman ( aka Scrin's commander ) will resist the Overlord's full invasion

About your theories: Yeah you may be right, I mean he could have stoped the invasion, seeing as Kane now seemingly controls the Scrin Tower... Loading a small package of mass with lots of kinetic energy is a very practical way of focusing the energy, and they do have to get their energy from somewhere...^^

Well, propelling an object with kinetic energy isn't really the most useful way to deal damage to targets, I'd rather use things like laser beams; they're continuous and do not require a force that propels it away, it's just simple light with such a high something-rate that it can tear through metal.

And I the Scrin is intergalactic because in the ending of Kane's Wrath, they zoom out of the Galaxy into a Scrin UI where our Galaxy is represented as just one letter in a huge list of letters.

In KW GDI was almost never used because they were so shitty, it was Scrin VS Nod the whole way. Nod is still one of the games stronger factions because of their ability to get more units out quickly than GDI and simply overwhelm the enemy. If you think Nod sucks, you must be pretty bad using them.

If You think GDI were shitty in Kane's Wrath then you don't play GDI effectively.

Overwhelming only works to a degree, it's when GDI starts producing specialized defenses that their defenses become powerful. From there it's possible to spam siege weaponry to obliterate enemy defenses.
