courtney is a massive player in the game local lad tackles are without a doubt perfect and seeing as courtney's a 110Kg Bulldozer himself at 6ft 7, cant see him having many problems, he will be in the england 1st team, watch this space
Well, considering I highly doubt that you know him personally, which I actually happen to as he is going out with my cousin, I think that
lesviolonsdautomne is chatting complete and utter crap.
If he were only capable of late/early tackles, both of which give away penalties, he would not have travelled to Japan with a young England squad recently. Also, the tackle in this video was neither late nor early, and as for the French number 9, maybe it was a bit late but maybe he was committed.
The only thing this motherfucker is capable of is early or late tackles on numbers 9 or equivalents.
I hope one day he will be the one trying to catch and up and under with a 120 kg bulldozer running at him, or receiving a late tackle in his shoulder right immediately after he passed the ball.
But I guess his rugby skills are too limited for that.
i guess with 'early tackles' you mean this one and 'late tackles' the Parra hit? check the damn replays! Timing on this hit was perfect! The 9 had caught the ball WAY before lawes floored him. As for parra...he had already committed to the tackle when parra still had the ball, making it another text book hit. He would've put the same hit on any '120 kg bulldozer'.
Also, if no.9 catches the ball, what's he supposed to do...step aside? let him pass cos he's smaller? ITS RUGBY
stop chattin breeze, ive seen him play every week for the saints and hes one of the most skilled players around, even tho hes only 19. and he's usually targeted by other teams dirty play, but jus responds by putting in big hits like this.
Catcher should have jumped!

raped. Lawes is a fantastic hitter and dangerous ball carrier. I was soo happy when he was selected, cuz I have liked him for a while.
He gives you that physical presence and scares people on high balls, wrap arounds and any move that leaves you vulernable.

Try his performance against Munster (O'Connell and O'Callaghan) for why he's in the England squad

do you reckon he knew that tackle would single handedly get him in the england squad?

Can't wait to see Lawes smash some Internationals (Y).

I hope one day French clubs start trying to play rugby rather than punch anything that moves.

I don't see that tackle as early or late. It looked timed to perfection to me.

It's called rugby, deal with it. And there's no need to swear to make your point.
The tackles are legal and hard. End of.
