@smtobin67...hell no...Chrome fuckin sucks...it's impossible to keep clean and it scratches more than a custom paint job with or without the clear coat because it alot more noticeable...or if it were powder coated...I prefer powder coated black or bad ass after market alloy rims...the rims on the Saleen are actually already stock alloy, but like you said...yeah they were painted...but the white on white is NICE...

At first I didn't dig the wheel/car color matching scheme. Once I saw it on a porsche 964 wide body red/red, I fell in love. I think Saleen did a poor job on the wheel design. I like Roush's wheels better. Those white wheels look 10x better than the chrome. Chrome only look good on 2 machines. Harley & luxury. Sports car=no chrome wheels. I love, love, love the Saleen rear-end. The only thing that's stopping me from getting a roush is that sexy Saleen back. I'm getting one real soon : )

I didn't care for the look of the Roush. There is a Roush running around my area, and I can never tell if it's a modified Mustang someone added to or an actual Roush. With the Saleen, there is no doubt what it is.

Funny story, when the car was off loaded at the dealership from the transport, it had the blue side decals. I refused the car and had the dealership fed-x the black ones. The dealership bodyman was putting the stripes on when I arrived at the dealership to pick it up. Actually in the video.

You should laquer the "Saleen" and "3-Valve" badges on the side fenders. After a year, the chrome-effect gets scratched from fine dust on streets, so clear-coat them to prevent this. Enjoy your ride!

scorpio... the nonsupercharged Saleen is basicly the GT motor plus CAI, exhaust and 91 octane tune to boost from 300 hp as the GT to the 335 hp as the low end Saleen. As far as turbo, HELLION makes turbo kits for the 05-07 Mustangs, using 67mm Garrett turbochargers...good stuff brother, google it up. Good luck
