This example is playing faster than the speed at which it was recorded, so that it sounds in A natural rather than Ab,(the usual key.)

Ewell is definitely playing in the style of Jelly Roll Morton. He captures a lot of Jelly Roll in his solo on this recording. Bunk's improvisation on this classic tune is beautiful.
