Im Devastated that it didnt pass, but by the way they were talking about it, when the study is finished and they are more educated, they will almost definitely legalize it.
From the comments from Rep. Gagne, all the testimony offered changed some minds on the committee. Even with the batting lineup starting with four heavy hitters _against_ from the exec & judicial branches.
Man, they were so close! From the way they talked about it before the vote, I actually thought it would be passed. At least they are putting it in interim study and not just throwing it out the window.
