  • Grade 4 :(

  • what is ti re fa? I am a gr 5 student and just starting to play the number. Vincent

  • Thank you ashley12716 for your comment. I really appreciate it.

I don't play it wrongly, but I play it differently.

I want to make good contrast so I play the second section

very fast. I think 120 is recommended minimum speed for exam.

The ti re fa can be played many ways, such as staccato, with pedal, or non-staccato. It depends on the player's interpretation.

I use dynamics but my camera will make it softer if the music is too loud and will make it louder if the music is too solf.

  • the version that porgy and bess actually made is different fom the specification given in grade 5. its perfectly acceptable to play either for your grade 5, but not for a tight spec like a gcse or a-level

  • I play this too. I think u play wrongly. N 120 Is not soooo fast. U did not use Dyamics. The ti re fa is not staccato.
