If you look close there is a plastic one laying on the ground. I used that as a model and just used a jigsaw to cut out the general shape in a piece of quarter inch plywood and then sanded it down until it had nice aerodynamics like an airplane wing. Most importantly I had the real one to know the general look.
Can you believe the aboriginals use it to 'shoot' birds out of the sky? You can be mad precise with those things... pretty much killing birds with one hit. Also, I like how they keep coming back (unless you hit a bird obviously).
