I was sitting there and listening .. I can't remember if I was breathing during it ... you know, just not to disturb it by any sound. It's good to come back to that night - so thanks for posting this one.
I know I heard this live in Houston on the doll tour; I was entranced the entire time, and when the string effect came in I was gone. I was dancing around in the Andromeda Galaxy.
Anyone feel like Tori weaves the entire life of a star into her muis from formation, to radiating life, to Supernova, then finally the glowing embers dwindling off, elsewhere.
How she does the two-pianos-at-a-time-thing I still do not understand. I mean... has she been practicing it or what??? I'm no expert though- maybe it's not that hard.. :|
I've never tried it, but I don't imagine it's that difficult. When you play any keyboard, you use both your hands to play different keys... the only difference between playing a single keyboard with both hands and playing two keyboards is probably that your hands aren't one next to the other.
Can't wait to see her again in Prague ......

I liked it....
That's what i like about Tori, in the fact that she adapts her songs so that they come across completely different.

I love her intros and all her variation. She's marvelous...

Does everybody else really like all the long intros and the jerking around?
natashaclaire 4 years ago
the long intro is there to increase the level of suspense to the moment we discover what song it is and to kinda transition in between songs.
the jerking around on the other hand is so she can prove that she isn't afraid of her wig falling off =P

This is so intense! Actually, the whole Prague-show seems to be extremely intense, judging from these videos.

its not too hard, bassline left hand, melody right, but it a little tricky, with pedals, she pulls it off well
