I wonder why the Tech is not using air tools it's such a "Flat Rate" mentality anymore. An improvement would be for the Tech to use "plastic trim tools" to prevent trim damage

Those are honda techs you can tell by there name there shirts i been to honda for service appoitments and they do a great job
