This movie is the reason why I have the number 51 on my kart. Cole Trickle's Mellow Yellow car is just awesome! I have the same shape 51 from the Mellow Yellow car on my go-kart. This is the best NASCAR movie ever, it completely blows away Talladega Nights.

I numbered my kart 51 after Cole Trickle's Mello Yello car. I am a huge Days of Thunder fan and to be honest I really like the car designs from 1990. Also another thing there were no speed limits on pit road back then. Days of Thunder is arguably the greatest Nascar movie of all-time, it kicks Talladega Nights's butt! T.N. was not funny at all and was just plain dumb. This movie however was da bomb!
