My boyfriend and I decided to check it out tonight. We couldn't find it, but that was probably because it was pitch black. That hill is extremely dark and scary at night.

I remember when these murders happened, before they did, cooper and a white guy escaped from that minimum security prison in chino, when police first got there,they followed the trail of the murders and first detection was that 2 people had done this, on the wall there were hack marks on left side and gauge marks right close together pointing to a single person being attacked if it was only cooper who did this he had a hatchet in left hand -knife in right at same time

What exactly is the point of this video? The former "Ryen" house is further up the road! The house that you show in your video is a former guest house! Knowing this, why bother posting the video at all?

That's not the real house. The real house looks normal and isn't all borded up. People did that cause a new family is livin in the real house and they didn't want people bothering them. But that not the real house. The fake one is on English road but the real one is English place.

They redid the whole house,they redid it like a couple of years after the murders happened its a mansion now and someone lives in it, Ive seen it before my mom took me and my sister, I think some people are looking at the wrong house cause it's located alittle farther now from ayala highschool

This is a rediculous video! I knew Josh Ryen and this is absolutely disrespectful to him and his family and I am ashamed that someone would make such a stupid and insensitve video about something so devestating and enhumanin. My heart goes out to Josh and his Grandmother.

yo everyone check it out. i was looking at the pictures of the Ryen's house n i looked up the "dummy house" the one everyone goes 2... n thinks its the real coops house. but in reality.. its all the way down English Rd. and i was lookin at both pix u can c the hideout house and its the same shape and all. it's really interesting. i may be wrong but its seriously pretty close enuff im gonna c if i can somehow get the pix up here in a vid.

date daily and not for that reason. I can only fathom that Joshua Ryan is an amazingly strong person who I have thought of for my entire life. I have often wished I had some place to say that I feel for him and his family. I don't understand and i will never belittle his loss by saying that I do. But I do think of a little boy, who is only a few years younger than myself, as still a little boy who had to suffer and then suffer his family and close friend . However , the reality of it? I cant.

Yeah, I was so thinking that that video was real and am very happy to know that the house is actually occuppied. My father is the one that took the crime scene photos of the home and of the family. It is withought a doubt one of the most horrifying things you could ever imagine. Seriously. There is not one day , (Or night!) that I do not think of what that home must have been like that night. it's to the right before you go up the hill with all the palm trees. it is a steeper hill just to the right of the equestrian place. all the way up past the gate at the very top! good luck.. but just remember ppl live there so keep that in mind

i dont get it. the hill to go up to the "fake" cooper house is a real steep hill. I remember a driveway that is on the right of that hill, it goes to this one big house right there though. but i dont recall that being a steep hill. I just wanna find the "hideout" thing, and see it. Never been to that part.

I'm from Chino Hills and have written papers and made presentations regarding the Kevin Cooper case. Although I like the whole idea od a condemned, abandoned house forever haunted by the blood and spirits of the Ryen family, the house everyone goes to is wrong. The condemned house is not the Cooper House, and the real house is all fixed up and a family lives there.

By the way, the house that is condemned (for dumb people, I mean the house that's all boarded up), is condemned because its structural foundation is bad, and it is unsafe to live in. The real Cooper House is nearby, though, and really isn't any fun to look at because it's all nice and fixed. So I say, keep going to the condemned house. It looks spookier.
