  • thus the jorny of two lonley men begun but in there town hes DRAGON BORN

  • Ha nice review, the first of many.:)

  • I'm going to rent It i think ??

  • Love it. If you ever need a freelancer from LA, let me know ;)

  • Who cares.

    Good ridance.

  • If I had a beer with Bush.. I'm sure that night would end with me cracking a bottle over his noggin. Just a little ding for the last 8 yrs of political harrassment.

  • hahaha lmao

    these guys are realy funny

  • Great Job Chris, you guys are really funny! It's great to see the fun you guys are having while getting your point of view across and it's very entertaining to watch. There will always be those bitter people commenting negatively because they take things too seriously and forget this is entertainment not politics. NIce original approach guys, you are doing it and the ones who can't are simply jealous. Way to go!

  • could the schmoes review youtube videos as well? No Plague Like Home is up on youtube and Professor Vox has really important stuff to say

  • Argh I don't even know what to think! Your review makes the movie look like it must have some redeeming qualities and at least a few laughs. My brother's friend said it was the worst thing he ever saw and curses the 2 hrs he lots in the theater watching it. I guess I'd better wait until it's in the cheap seats?

  • You should by no means rush out to see this film. It isnt a GREAT mvoie. Its fun, and Bush is Bush, you learn nothing new. Save your money and see something else.

  • good review

  • very good review. u nailed!

  • Funbox sez: I couldn't tell if this movie was supposed to be a drama or a friggin'SNL sketch this is what happens when you make a retrospective too soon. It took me 2 days to figure out if I even liked it, I was so confused.

  • What was your final decision? It was a goofy movie for sure but it was entertaining in a scary way.

  • Just saw the movie, it's basically Oliver Stone contributing to the elect Obama campaign. But it was still good, I liked how it was kind of confusing but not too confusing if that makes sense.

Calling this an accurate portrayal is HIGHLY debatable when you have a director with a political agenda. I am not a Bush fan but this is purely entertainment, not of historical value at all.

  • its true

  • Oliver Stone is one of the few American directors that can make being abrasive funny without slipping into the endlessly obnoxious.

You're right about the Rice role.

She just didn't get the cold ambition down.

    Good review, schmoes.

  • Huntre, once again appreciate the support.

    -Schmoes

  • LOL! That was a good review on this movie..

  • Thank you, thanks for watching, we ill be posting two new reviews by the end of the week.

  • Nice review =)

  • Thank you kindly, we are working hard and seeing as many movies as possible to let you guys know if it is worth it or not.

  • Hooray! I missed you guys from Current Lowdown and I'm glad I found you again!

  • We are glad you found us as well! We are back and we will bombard you with reviews. We promise.

  • Hahaha Samy Davis junior line- out of control

  • I do think what Stone was trying to do was show that he didn't have a problem with who Bush was as a person. He was human, and a regular guy. But by showing him like that, he also points the question to the audience - "do you want someone who you can have a beer with running our country?". Great conversation to be had especially as people are supporting Palin because she's like them - an everyday person from the burbs. I think Stone was saying "do you really want this to happen again".

  • Woah very serious response Urnknee, and I feel your pain but the review was funny and the movie has to make fun of itself and the situation, he is dark and troubled but I see enough of it on the news, I like this satirical side. It makes me realize we have a chance to get it right this time.

  • Why did Stone bother to make this movie? He treats Bush as though he were a likable guy suffering a low IQ. Bush is not a funny network sit-com character, he is a dark, tragic figure. It will take years to undue the damage he has done to this country. Thousands have died, the country is bankrupt, and the world hates more than ever. Where was that message in this movie? What was Stone's objective? What was he thinking? Obviously, he wasn't thinking at all.

  • I agree with Mr. Hollywood.

  • Very left wing point of view but these guys are pretty funny together.

  • It's okay, but makes me a bit confused with the back and forths. Who can keep up with this type of video flow?

  • Decent movie review. I disagree about Thandie Newton though, I thought she did a good job. I think Oliver Stone has lost his touch. Probably cause he stops smokin weed. I'd give the movie 3 outa 5 stars.

  • Fantastic review, even funnier is all the negative comments from people that proberly are responcible for voting the moron into office.

P.S. any idea when T.B and G.B will be put on trial for War crimes yet? lol

    Regards from London, Derek

  • I find it pathetic how you criticize Bush based on Hollywood's interpretations of a man they didn't even interview to put together this film. You praise Hollywood like they are Gods.

  • Mr. Hollywood is thrilled to see this two animals reviewing movies.

  • To Dan.: way to be mature. I have seen better production value on Public Access. This is just a waste of Youtube space.

    Sorry guys...no talent here...move along.

  • Disagree KeepitReal. I used to watch these guys on CurrentTV. Very funny and honest, glad to see them on youtube. But I understand how the politics itches people the wrong way.

  • What part about "Regular People giving reviews" screams "we hope you think we are talented"? Fartbag.

  • Hahaha- Srah Palin thing at the end was priceless and the Sammy Davis Jr line as well. Impressive gents.

  • Hey Ballbag, your responses make about as much sense as a Sarah Palin geography answer.

  • Very nice guys! I enjoyed the review. I look forward to watching future movie reviews from you on YouTube.

  • This is a forum for movie reviews not a forum for your ignorance.

  • Hey KeepitReal..."unamerican"?! Are you kidding me? You know this is a movie review, right? Why don't you stop taking life so seriously and have a laugh. In fact, this video is a good place to start.

  • This video is unamerican, especially given the upcoming election and the bias towards the GOP. To sum this up: HOT GARBAGE.

  • Can't wait for the Obama movie. LOL

  • You just know Oliver Stone is gonna be audited to his underwear now...good review as always. Why not see this and "Religulous" and make a day of it?

  • This is great! Thanks for the review, I definitely want to see this movie.

  • sweet. reliable reviews for filmgoers w/half a brain :-).

  • Ha! I might just have to see this now if only to catch Thandie Newton's awful performance. Love these guys.

  • Nice! I only trust these guys with reviews and no one else.

  • Hahahahah- love that these reviews are finally on Youtube!

  • Yeah- Harloff and Ellis are back!! Uh-oh, look out for DJ Goldberg!

  • I have to say I wasn't going to see this, but this looks really intriguing.

  • So glad you guys are back...

you nailed the opinion on Thandie Newton channeling Sammy Davis Jr.

  • Haha...you guys are great! Can't wait to see these on a regular basis again!
