Football stuff is kinda unknown to me, I really don't know whether you should counter that or not, they might just say "no" and keep you suspended because of that.

my old channel go taken down by viacom, i was creating and posting lady gaga videos(intros, backdrops, news updates) and other material and viacom claimed it as there's ? even though i had PERMISSION from the haus of gaga. I showed viacom and youtube my letter that grants me permission and i asked viacom to show me how and what they owned , and still to this day i have not herd feed back from viacom or youtube and my account is still suspended :(

The Japanese show owns the copyright and claimed copyright infringement, which resulted in her account suspension...it was later reinstated. It seems TV networks are pretty anal about copyright on YouTube.

@HDOzzy What about in my case? I've never uploaded any videos in my time with YouTube, however. I have had arguments with a lot of people and I've said some things that weren't model citizen like. I been a member for over 4 to 5 years and now I'm in the process of trying to get a hold of someone at YouTube but I don't know where to go. I have no clue if they actually terminated (like destroyed my account and deleted my videos) or suspended like the guy said in the video. I don't even know exactly what video got my account in trouble but I'm not giving up!!

i really want mine back, the user was wackey2k9! it's all x ray dog's fault, because some of my video's were x ray dog's music. They didn't mind me having it up, not only till they found out they weren't getting any credit for the video's they released, they started accusing us of copyright and stuff, i got like 4 strikes because of fucking x ray dog!! fuck you x ray dog, man i hope this video works! >:-(

Honestly, I don't know about fake details, I gave true ones on my counterclaim.
Football stuff is kinda unknown to me, I really don't know whether you should counter that or not, they might just say "no" and keep you suspended because of that.

@SpaceNinja88 ok that's fair enough and I'm not too sure about providing fake details and getting into trouble as well, I won't file my counter-claim until I am sure that doing that wont risk me going to court over it as a legal matter etc. I mean it's just my youtube account, and I will promise to them not to violate that copyright infringements again and allow them to delete all those football videos (only 3 were claimed to be in breach). at worst I hope they just say NO, and no court action.

Usually this means you uploaded footage from a TV show or Movie OR you used music in your video that you dont own.
But if your account got deleted for other reasons you are screwed. Youtube doesnt want you back

Im scared to do this because I have copy right material on my old account and got suspened and it says on the contact thing A counter-notification is a legal demand that we restore your video. If the original claimant does not want the video on YouTube, the claimant will be required to sue you.

my old channel go taken down by viacom, i was creating and posting lady gaga videos(intros, backdrops, news updates) and other material and viacom claimed it as there's ? even though i had PERMISSION from the haus of gaga. I showed viacom and youtube my letter that grants me permission and i asked viacom to show me how and what they owned , and still to this day i have not herd feed back from viacom or youtube and my account is still suspended :(

@DancingTaco1 Even Lady Gaga's own YouTube account was suspended for posting a video of her own performance on Fuji TV. The Japanese show owns the copyright and claimed copyright infringement, which resulted in her account suspension...it was later reinstated. It seems TV networks are pretty anal about copyright on YouTube.

My first copyright claim was on an 8-bit 'remix' by Flashover Recordings. On a vocal trance track's "remix". Second one was on a PIRATED NES game's playthrough, Tom & Jerry 3. Third one is "alright" I guess, because that was on a remix of Jordan & Baker's Explode... although I wrote out that I NEVER made ANY income on that goddamn remix as I did that for entertainment purposes only...

@HDOzzy What about in my case? I've never uploaded any videos in my time with YouTube, however. I have had arguments with a lot of people and I've said some things that weren't model citizen like. I my last comment I sort of made a racist comment, I'm guessing that was the final straw for me. I've already tried to appeal my suspension, but Google never replied back to me and still hasn't. It's been 2 weeks now.

To those who keep asking questions I can't reply to all of them but even if I did, everything I could give to you has already been given in this video.
