I had a Siamese that used to do that. Once he came running down the hall into the bathroom. He jumped from the doorway onto my bear back no shirt on while I was having a shave. His claws got stuck in me for about 5 seconds. I had to walk to the couch to remove him on the back of the couch, as of course I couldn't get a hold of him. Sure I yelled out, I yelled at him. But gave him a pat later. He understood n never did it again.poor cat.

@ThePandaGun It's rare for Bengals to get 20lbs, they're about the size of a regular house cat. It's the Savannahs that can get big, but in stature rather than weight.

When my tabby was younger, he would do that all the time. Took out all his aggressive play with my fiancee since he knew I wouldn't tolerate any of it. Gosh, everytime my fiancee turned his back, he'd have claws all up and down his back from our little guy jumping on him. He's calmed down a whole lot. I don't even remember the last time he jumped on anyone like that. I don't think he has any bengal in him though, so I think it's more or less just a cat thing, not specifically a bengal thing.

That looks just like my Bengal Muffin! I also have one named KitKat who will crawl on your head and get stuck in your hair if you let her. Obviously you don't have his problem.
Any idea what they are like with dogs? I've got two basset hounds who are generally ok with cats although they are pretty lazy dogs so they may not appreciate a cat like this playing with them.
Had bengals before. they truely prefer the highest points in their environments. my female loved the tops of doors and she didn't need help or furniture to get up there, she just launched from the floor.

Man I love my Bengal. Tattoo, he's an F3, brown marble w/glitter. It isn't that a Bengal is "different" from other cats. They are more INTENSELY the person they ARE than other cats. When they are well socialized from birth in families with children, they are really great little folks!

Don't make the mistake of playing with him by moving your feet around under the blankets. Bengals love to pounce on them while you try to sleep. Your Bengal is a beauty.
Mine rides on my shoulder, but luckily doesn't jump there. I just put myself low enough for him to walk on me. I wouldn't want my cat to jump at me when I'm carrying my soup or something.
Great vid, great cat! My Zeuss behaves similarly (check my account for some vids of him); play fighting, jumping, etc. Bengals are intelligent, vocal, friendly, FULL of personality, and obviously beautiful looking cats.l

I agree. Teaching your cat to jump up like that is the same as teaching a dog to jump up on someone. It's not very good behavior and won't look good if he were to do that to someone who was allergic to cats.
@kevbis i have a marble bengal 2! mine is a retired show cat n got first place everytime for her coating. She is 1 of the rare ones with like the glitter on her fur. im sure urs is beautiful 2!
