1 tablespoon of ginger

2 shredded cloves garliv

2 cups basmati rice - well rinsed and boiled for 5 minutes on top heat.

4 eggs.

put veg. oil on hot pan, then fry cumin for 20 sec, then rice. fry 2gether 30 sec, then add garlic and ginger, fry 2gether 30 sec, then add the egg - mix it up (scrambled eggs type), and fry together for a few minutes and munch! yuuuum... great with chicken or beef.
