Thank you for this. I was researching information to give to a new patient in Guelph Ontario but it is hard to find information for Canadians. The patient is in Stage 3 CKD and resorted to an American patient forum in California as it is the only place the patient could find online for information. If we want Canadians to be more informed we need the information to be more available online and not just off line. Sure the Website has improved but it is still difficult to navigate for new people

Thank you for this! It is true that people really don't know about the causes of kidney disease, what kidneys even do, or that it is just as important as the heart! People do not care to even learn unless they are finally diagnosed with kidney disease. And THEN they complain how come no one told them.
